Including Roofing, Painting and Road work. We conducted onsite pre-bid meetings with qualified contractors from all trades. Inspector on site daily to monitor all trades
	Project Type: Construction Defect Investigation Condo Conversion Project - Tucson, Arizona Rooftop Consultants, Inc. investigated, analyzed and compiled a detailed report on the failed elements causing interior water intrusion. Assisted the HOA to recall the original contractor to do corrective work.
	Project Type: Re-roofing Multiple Buildings: Church/School Campus -Phoenix, Arizona Rooftop Consultants, Inc. inspected 9 Buildings, produced a report describing the condition of each building, recommendations for repair or replacement and the life expectancy of each roof. Presented the report to the board and explained their options. Rooftop Consultants provided a written scope of work, conducted an onsite pre- bid meeting with qualified roofing contractors, compiled the bids and reviewed them with the board. The board chose to replace the roofing on certain buildings. Rooftop Consultants, Inc. monitored the installation and conducted the final inspections.
	Project Type: Commercial Building Evaluation Commercial Building - Chandler, Arizona Evaluate a 2500 square foot roof on a commercial building. Our evaluation determined that the original installation was defective. Corrective repair and maintenance specifications we written that allowed the owner to avoid re-roofing the entire building.
