Arizona's Roof Consultant, LLC will:
- Prepare construction drawings and written specifications which will outline the level of construction required, including information on roof system components, manufacturers and proper installation guides.
- Organize of a pre-bid, on-site conference with qualified contractors approved by manufacturers to install the specified roof systems.
- Provide administration of the contract documents, advise and consult with the client.
- Conduct pre-construction meeting with owner and contractor prior to work.
- Coordinate periodic job process meetings.
- Verify contractor's application for payment.
- Perform pre-final and final punch list inspections.
- Verify project close out documents including guarantees, release of lines, final payment application.
