Arizona's Roof Consultant, LLC project inspectors will:
- Observe the progress and quality of the project to ensure specifications and contract documents are being followed.
- Notify client immediately if standards are not being met.
- Monitor the schedule and inform client of any conditions that might cause delay.
- Review contract with the contractor's superintendent.
- Retain any documentation pertaining to the project including correspondence, contract documents, and change orders.
- Keep daily log recording activities, weather conditions, work being preformed, and verbal instructions given to contractor.
- Record any occurrences that might result in a change of the contract's sum or duration.
- Review applications for payment submitted by the contractor and record recommendations before submitting the application to the client.
- Review the list of things to be completed or corrected submitted by contractor to receive a Certificate of Substantial Completion and suggest corrections to the client.
- Assist in final inspection.
