Arizona's Roof Consultant, LLC will:
- Coordinate all trades involved with reconstruction.
- Organize a pre-bid, on-site conference with qualified contractors for each trade to be used in reconstruction.
- Monitor daily activity.
- Keep daily log of all activities, weather conditions, work being preformed, and instructions given to each contractor.
- Review applications for payment submitted by each contractor
- Perform final punch list and final inspections for each phase of reconstruction
